Erick Urincho
Founder & Director of Photography
I’m Erick Urincho, Founder and Director of Photography at Vision Media and Productions. I picked up my first camera at 14 and never really put it down. What started as a curiosity became the thing I was most serious about, and I spent years shooting on my own time, learning what worked and what didn’t without anyone watching. By the time I founded the studio, I wasn’t starting from scratch. I was building on years of work most people never saw. Today, Vision Media and Productions is a Latino-owned studio rooted in Sonoma County.
Joaquin Garcia
Co-Founder & Head of Marketing
I'm Joaquin Garcia, Head of Marketing at Vision Media & Productions. I've always been fascinated by technology and energized by the people I get to work with. With a background in computer science studies and a Meta Marketing certification, I spend my time at the intersection of tech and storytelling, helping bring ideas to life through smart, creative marketing. What I love most about this work is the people. There's nothing more rewarding than helping a business owner turn their vision into something real, and using technology to make that happen. I've been tinkering with tech since I was 10 years old, and that same curiosity drives everything I do today. I'm proud to be part of the Vision team. Together, we bring talent, creativity, and dedication to every project, and we'd love to help bring your vision to life too. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me mountain biking or somewhere out in the fresh air. The outdoors keeps me grounded and inspired.

Partner, Creative Director & Brand Strategist
I’m Marisol Ceja, Creative Director & Brand Strategist at Vision Media & Productions. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Concentrating in Marketing. I am beyond thrilled to be continuing my path of Entrepreneurship and helping local business owners bring their brand to life through meaningful content and collaborations. I am a proud mom to my 2 year old son & Latina Business Owner offering Content Creation, Branding + Branding Photography, & SMM services. I am Brock Falls, A Video Editor for Vision Media and Productions. My journey with Vision began in January of 2026 but my interest for creative editing started long before through passion projects, documenting family vacations and adventures with my friends. Today, with a degree in Communications and Cinematic Arts on the way, my goal moving forward is to bring our ideas to life using high quality visuals and professional grade story telling.
